The butler service, which can be customised, is very helpful and takes care of all your needs and questions. The facilities are all in good condition and the gym has all you need. The welcome lounge is a nice touch and the water shuttle is a fantastic welcome to the island. Hiking to the secluded stream was a good little excursion but the private pools in the villas are better for relaxing.
