Located a 5-minute walk from Sarlat-la-Canéda historic and picturesque centre, La Couleuvrine is a hotel set in a remodeled fortress from the Middle Ages featuring a grand fireplace from the 13th... Fantastic Hotel in a great location, with excellent food and very helpful staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone of thinking of staying in Sarlat.

Naâd Hotel Sarlat Centre Ville sits in the heart of the Périgord Noir region, just 50 metres from Sarlat medieval city centre. Perfectly located in Sarlat, we loved our stay! The manager was incredibly helpful with restaurant suggestions and other tips (including where to buy foie gras) for the town. The shower in our room was fantastic and so was the bedroom itself. The hotel is tastefully decorated and, whilst it doesnt have its own car park, one can stop for 30mins in front to unload and the free car park is less than 10mins walk. I was surprised about the number of floors in the hotel as it definitely feels smaller than it probably is - certainly a boutique hotel to return to!

Situated in the pedestrianised medieval quarter of Sarlat-la-Caneda, the Hôtel des Récollets is a former convent from the 17th century. It offers air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi. The staff was very helpful. I asked for an early check-in, and they made extra efforts to make it possible. Had a very pleasant stay with them

The location was perfect for accessing the old town of Sarlat as well as the main shopping streets with bars and restaurants. Very handy for the Christmas market and the big general Saturday market. The hosts were communicative and helpful. The apartment had everything to make it comfortable and pleasant. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Absolutely magical apartment to stay in Sarlat. Herve met us upon arrival to hand us the keys (and freshly picked walnuts, haha - thank you, Herve). The apartment is located right in the historical center of Sarlat on a charming medieval street that was very quiet during the day and night. Wifi worked great for us. The apartment is spacious, super clean, and very well equipped including the dishwasher and washing machine (which we greatly appreciated after a week of road-tripping). Overall, it is a really wonderful value, so don't hesitate and book this place if it is available :)

Location is excellent, just a short walk from the centre of the old town. The appartment is pleasantly arranged and decorated and seems to be equipped with everything you might need (we didn't really use the kitchen other than to make coffee as we had all our meals out). Also we were able to park in the owners private parking for 5€ per night.
