Central to everything. Very comfortable. A real home from home with everything you could need. Even had Tupperware and cool bag to take stuff to the beach. Big tv and streaming services to log into when it rained. Really homely.

Brand new apartament in a residecial area. It was extremly clean and well equiped. In the kitchen there were planty of things - from disches, machines and even basic things like oil, salt, teas, etc. The owner was very kind and responded to all our querries poitive. There is a nice flat 4k TV, with netflix. The location is also good, close to main street,but in the back. Beach is also close, but you need to descent, so not easy for people with reduced mobility. View on the walk to playa La Arena are great.

It is just a perfect green oasis with marvelous views of the ocean and Los Gigantes. The sunsets are breathtaking. You can feel the love that was put in this place, with all the tiny details in the interior and the garden. Beautiful rooms and cosy common areas, great pool and a lot of plants made this a perfect location for our group of 10 friends.

The appartment is big, clean and cozy. Well equipped with everything you need; towels for personal use and for the beach, water kettle, toaster, etc. Also complimentary toiletries in the bathroom, a bottle of wine, bottled water, anchovies, some sweets and coffee in the kitchen. A beautiful sunrise is seen from the balcony and also a nice view of sea. Close to restaurant area and beach. It's a calm area during the day. The host was very nice and helpful, although she didn't speak English (we used online translator for communication). 😉

My ratings: amazing view from the balcony 10. Regardless you are in the city center the Neighborhood is pretty queit at night 8. Access to beach 10. Cleanliness 8.5. Kitchen facilities 9. Bed comfort 9. Host responsiveness 10

The hostess is friendly and kind. The Queen bedroom was exceptional, very comfy bed, computer desk and huge windows. Kitchen was good to work in. Location by the sea and coastal walk to Los Gigantes was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again, just for the location of Alcala and beyond. Thanks to the hostess for being so great.
