Carolyn was very welcoming and the facilities were excellent, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Carolyn and Steve had thought of and provided absolutely everything that one could possibly need.

The location was great, easy to explore new areas. Paula, thank you for making it home away from home with everything I needed, even the coffee machine, newspaper & freshly baked bread! I will definately be coming to see you again!

The spacious accommodation with a range of family friendly boardgames, books and sports equipment - it felt like we were coming home each evening after a day of site seeing. The cooking facilities were excellent with lots of lovley extras such as the coffeee pods and BBQ grill area that was made available to use. The tennis court was fabulous!

It was amazing. I wasn’t in such a nice place for a years. Location was ideal, on the edge of the town, so absolutely quiet, but still close enough to the town center. Cottage was lovely, nice and clean. And the host was really thoughtful. She left a sign with greetings in our native language. Which was very heartwarming. Also she left for us bottle of milk and package of home eggs. Thank you so much, if we’ll stop by in Dunedin again definitely we’ll come here.

The breakfast was very disappointing. There was no milk in the fridge and no bread although the info said there would be. The fruit to go with the cereal was 1 tin of peaches for 4 people. However, the games, and tv etc were great. It was a quiet location, close to dairy and supermarket and spacious rooms. Two good bathrooms.
