The hotel is stylish and fun. As a fan of architecture, I enjoyed the soaring atrium and many spaces to hang out. Being a renovated department store gives it a cool vibe. The room was huge. I liked the eggplant walls, minibar was delightful and bed excellent. The room was quiet and I slept well. The staff is welcoming and very helpful.

Great welcoming staff, easy check in. East location to get in and out of. Concierge staff very helpful with local knowledge. Great breakfast, the chef made me pancakes without sugar on request— which was great and added my favourite fruit, blueberries 😍.

Stayed specifically for pool and breakfast which did not exist. Was given a handicapped room with several kids it Was awkward and not family friendly. This may be due to covid but when there is not upfront information about restrictions it is NOT helpful... Especially when hotels across the river were open and had the amenities I requested and searched for specifically.
