Our evening meal was of a standard one rarely experiences these days. I find it difficult to eat out but Celia had taken the trouble to work with my awkward dietary issues and provided lovely, tasty food.- A huge boon to me - thank you. The long table means you can chat and swap information about local finds with other travelers. Loved it!

Lovely wood panelled dining room with adjoining snooker room with full sized table so the fun for me was the snooker contest! There’s a comfortable lounge for use after dinner all beautifully decorated and homely. The food was very good. Excellent sauces and some original dishes such as the croissant egg and lemon pudding! Good choice of breakfast foods nicely cooked. Fresh homemade bread.
