Very tidy, great location and the bowl of fresh fruit on the way in was a fantastic gesture. Having met up with the Labradoodle and their owner (one of the hosts) after dinner out we were even happier with our choice.

I travelled to be near a friend at a time of need, so the location (being on the same street) was great. The beautiful rural setting and gorgeous trees in autumn were a lovely bonus. We have 0 degree mornings and the heatpump worked a treat, everything I needed to work remotely as well. Wifi, table and chairs, couch, tv, coffee & tea facilities and lovely bathroom. Bed was very big and comfy.

Amazing size of room - huge for a motel. Amazing bathroom size and quality - excellent for a motel. VERY VERY quiet - despite being on a busy road. Loved the small touch of local diary-farm milk in the fridge! Really sumptuous carpet.

The location is fantastic. If you would like to experience a farm stay, staying here is a great way of doing that. It rained the evening we checked in and when we left the next morning but if it was a nice sunny day, I totally saw myself enjoying a cuppa tea sitting in the private courtyard and enjoying the company of a beautiful horse.
