Nestled in the Dyfi Valley, The Firecat Bed and Breakfast features large open fireplaces, exposed beams and traditional oak furniture throughout. This was such a wonderful place to stay. My room was perfect and so comfortabe (and stunning); breakfast was exceptional (some of the best sausages I've ever had); and the dinner was Michelin-quality. Robin and Jane are some of the loveliest hosts and I can't wait to book again.

Ty Helyg Guest House is located in Brecon. Free WiFi access is available and the Brecon Beacons National Park is less than 10 minutes' walk away. Great location, wonderful hosts, breakfast was excellent . Would recommend a stay here.

In the centre of Builth Wells, Bronwye Guest House is a 4-star rated bed and breakfast on the route of the Wye Valley Walk. Homemade yogurt was exquisite and the full English was really good too

Greylands Guest House is located in the town of Llandrindod Wells, in Powys. Built in 1897, this Victorian property offers free Wi-Fi access in all areas and free parking. Great breakfasts prepared by former chefs. The location was walkable to stores and restaurants and trains.

Surrounded by Brecon Beacons National Park, The Celyn is a bed and breakfast set within a 300 acre working farm in the beautiful county of Monmouthshire. Sarah and her family are super nice. They have a beautiful b&b, and I definitely would like to visit them again!!!

This former blacksmiths home was converted into pub in 1860s. It is located in the village of Felinfach, and has picturesque views of the Black Mountains. There is ample free parking on site. So good stayed an extra night Sue was a kind and very helpful host
