Rafael and Sol we’re just wonderful. Tjhe proximity to the beach and ocean were great. The staff was so helpful. They helped us arrange transportation from the airport, including a van and taxi boat, as well as boat transportation the next day to enjoy the islands and go to our next hotel destination. So nice!

I loved this place! It's right on the beach. You will love it here! The people that run it is amazing and so welcoming. I got to know them well and one night they took me out fishing with them and the next morning we ate what we caught. Some of the best people I've ever met in my life. The beach itself is awesome to especially in the morning. The ocean is really blue and can see the bottom as you swim. Don't pass up on this spot

Really lovely stay by the beach. Playa Blanca is a touristy spot in the days, however, this hostel is really tranquil in the evenings, and mornings in particular. We had the balcony area to chill in during the days so your away from any crowds, still looking out on the beach and able to just walk down to get in the water when you wish. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Easy to book boats back to the main area to get back to Cartagena:

I enjoyed my stay in this small eco-hotel incredibly. I was there two weekends in a row. Breakfast and the fish for dinner were incredibly delicious. The room, as well as the whole eco-hotel, is simple but incredibly cosy, quiet (until the day tourists arrive with the boats in the afternoon). If you stay overnight, it will be quiet again when they leave around 4-5 pm. Every morning, they brought my coffee upstairs to the balcony. You have a great view over the sea from the balcony. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. I would go back anytime and then for longer. *Tip for arriving and leaving Playa Blanca from Cartagena: right in front of the hotel will the tour boats arrive in the morning and leaf back to Cartagena in the afternoon.

This is a beautiful cottage just three steps away from the most stunning Caribbean Sea. Don't expect it to be a luxury destination, it is a simple cabin that was built and is maintained with love and passion. Keep in mind that you are on an island where water and electricity are scarce and therefore are valuable resources. But because of the beautiful landscape and the outstanding crew, you won’t even notice. Helmunt the manager, goes above and beyond to help with anything you may need and is the heart and soul of the lodge. Apart from his warmth and enthusiasm, it is worth mentioning that he is an excellent chef and prepares the most succulent dishes for you. My family and I had the most wonderful experience there and would definitely recommend it 100%

This place was a real treat for me: the house is quite small, completely made on wood and hanging over the blue water, and just very cosy to be inside of. The hosts, Dianis and Macarena, are absolutely lovely :) For people to know, the WC facilities are quite basic (which totally didn't bother me): flushing is made with a water bucket and there's one shower without warm water (which is generally not needed under the caribbean heat). The breakfast is delicious, with a fair portion and quite diversed.

The host is a really great guy he will help you with everything you need. Perfect vibe
