The neighbourhood is very quiet, parking the car next to the house is easy. The apartment is big and, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The host is nice and responsive. There are two fortune cookies for the guest and a nice box filled with necessities which you might have forgotten to take on the trip. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Great base to visit for example Hameln. Would be great for a longer stay if we had time. Baby chair and cot for those who need it. Water bottles and fortune cookies were lovely touch!

You will find it very difficult to find a better place than this. I add that the location is perfect for a cycling base.

We did not meet the host but found good instructions in the flat. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Coffee, tea, spicies etc available. Two toilettes. We could use a grill on a Saturday night, took a trip to two neighbouring towns. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. I would definitely recommend going to this accommodation.
