Wang and his family were so kind and helpful. His parents even drove me at 3:30 AM to see the Dalai Lama speak. It was a really special experience and I wish I could have stayed longer. Wang showed me how beautiful Leh is on our sightseeing tour. I am sad I left.

위치는 메인 바자르랑 걸어서 10분에서 15분 거리에 있어서 조용하고 뷰 괜찮고 앞에 정원이 있는데 직접 야채를 키우시는 건지 레에서 유일하게 녹색 생채소를 먹었던 집이네요~ 조식도 매일 조금씩 바뀌고 점심 저녁도 시켜 먹었는데 다 맛있었어요~ 뷰도 괜찮고 1분 거리에 구멍가게 같은 슈퍼 있는데 냉장고에 음료수 팔아서 사먹기도 편했고.. 직원들도 전부다 친절하고 방도 널찍하고. 슈퍼싱글 침대 두개를 붙여놓은 침대가 있는 방이라서 친구랑 쓰기에도 좋았네요~ 뜨거운 물도 엄청 잘 나오고.. 레에서 세군데 묵은 숙소중에 제일 마음에 들었습니다. 판공초 가기전에도 묵었고 투어 가면서 짐도 맡아주시고.. 돌아와서 비행기 결항되서 멘붕했지만 그냥 또 여기 와서 자서 총 4박이나 해서 레에서는 집 같은 느낌이었어요. 테라스도 있는데 지붕 있는 테라스라 낮에 앉아 있어도 덜 덥고 3층 방에 묵었는데 조용하고.. 테라스에 앉아있으면 곰파도 보이고.. 키우는 멍멍이도 귀여웠어요. 뜨거운 물도 요청하면 잘 주시고 택시도 잘 불러주시고.. 방에 전기 히터도 있어서 비온 날에도 따뜻하게 잤네요! 레에 다시 간다면 또 갈 것 같아요. 와이파이도 괜찮게 터집니다!

Recommended place to stay in Leh. The roof is quite cool with a terrace and a swing. The rooms are big and cozy. Will stay again!

In October, I had the pleasure of staying at Raku Guest House and I cannot express enough how exceptional my experience was. From the moment I arrived, the warmth and hospitality extended by the family who runs the lodge were truly remarkable. Their genuine care and attention to detail made my stay memorable and exceeded all expectations. One of the standout features was the delicious home-cooked breakfast prepared by the family. The organically-grown apples from their garden were delicious and that added a unique and delightful dimension to my stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this homestay to anyone seeking not just accommodation but an authentic and heartwarming experience that leaves a lasting imprint of warmth and kindness. I really enjoyed the stay. Padma (I believe is the owner) was really attentive and regularly checked on me if I was doing alright which was really nice. There is proper hot water available for shower too. It it not centralised, so just turn on the switch and let the tank hear up the water. The room was really spacious and the bed was comfortable. Had a really good sleep. I think no compromises were made in terms of comfort of stay for the guests. Some of the power sockets kinda have international adapter built into it. So, I could charge my devices without needing an adapter. I appreciate that extra touch in the room design. Food was also good, with big portion. There is like a shared balcony area with nice view too.

During my stay at Naazh Guest House in Leh, I was thoroughly impressed with both the excellent location and the exceptional service provided by the staff. The location is very close to the Leh Main market, just a 5 minutes walk. And, the staff helped us with booking both my room and taxi to various other destinations across Ladakh like Nubra, Pangong etc. Their knowledge and helpfulness in arranging taxis to explore the region made my trip truly memorable. I highly recommend Naazh guest House for its convenient location and the outstanding hospitality provided by its staff.
