Lovely little hotel with home-like atmosphere and great stuff, very polite and helpful. Each part of the hotel is carefully decorated. Garden is beautiful, we enjoyed spending evening near fireplace. Shalom apartments were exactly as photographed and situated in a secure building facing onto a private courtyard. We had plenty of room and the little kitchen and private bathroom were a good bonus. The staff were super friendly and helpful and we felt very comfortable there. We recommended it to our friends and they booked in there too, when they visited the area. Perfect for visiting Hells gate, Lake Naivasha and Crescent island. Highly recommend taking a boat ride from the company who operate from Sanctuary Farm as they are friendly and honest and you get to see the animal on sanctuary farm while you are waiting.

The room is clean and has everything we needed. The lady is lovely and very helpful. It’s a little bit outside the town but there are matatus to Naivasha for 40KSH. Small shops and a supermarket (15-20min walking) are nearby. We went to Hells Gate Nationalpark with using Matatus (40KSH to town and 150KSH to Elsas Gate), but she can also help you to arrange private transport if you wish so. We had a great time and extended our stay :)
