The best hotel in border area! Consistant, without flaws. The only downside, like in many other Polish hotels - staff (except for the owner or manager) doesn't speak english, russian, german, so the communication is a bit awkward, but other bonuses more than make up for it. It's a pleasure to stay here.

Consierge at the reception was very helpful, friendly and supportive. Same goes for the reception at check out. You can clearly see and feel that people love to work there. Room was perfect, well designed, beautiful, quiet and ideally clean. Good air conditioner, etc. There was also parking offered, which is relevant for the district.
