The Train Golf Club is we minute away and there is a good restaurant called Platform just a minute away. The room number 3 is very lovely and you have a garden view. If you look for a quiet and romantic place here it is. The garden is filled with Robin Red Brest birds. The host is lovely and open for a good talk ❤️

Coming back from an evening out, we found that the fireplace had been lit, so we settled down in its warm glow. Mark turned up while we were there and gave us permission to have a 'wee dram' from his collection of whiskies. A very pleasant way to end the day. Quite clearly, the owners go out of their way to make their guests feel at home and their efforts pay dividends.
