The closest cafe is across the street in the Hotel Ibis which is open for breakfast early until late for dinner. 6 minute walk to city centre and to Salamanca Place. 10 minutes walk to the the Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery and to Battery Point. 12 minutes walk to the Aquatic centre and 20 minutes to the Botanical Gardens. The City and Salamanca place are only a 6 minute walk away. Ubers and Taxis are readily available. Car parking in the city is reasonably good with many short term kerbside parking meters, but make sure you get the Easypark App since it is much easier than alternatives. Don’t top up once time is expired as you will still get booked and there is a veritable army of parking inspectors.
