This neat and tidy studio has all you need for a comfortable and convenient stay in Sydney’s eclectic inner west. Whether you need simply need a base near the city or are looking to explore the nearby bars, cafes, and galleries, you’ll appreciate its central location and modern amenities. When you’re not sampling the many local eateries, the kitchen has all you need to prepare meals at home, including a fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, as well as other cooking essentials such as pots, pans, crockery and utensils. Dine at the cosy two-seater table, or relax on the sofa with Netflix or a book. At the end of the day, guests can make use of a shower and all the essentials – soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer – in the bathroom, before retiring to a double bed for a comfortable sleep. Additional conveniences include Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, and free street parking 24/7. There is no washer and dryer, but you can make use of the shared laundry facilities within the building at minimal costs.

Located in the heart of Annandale, you’ll enjoy wandering the charming streets and parks, or simply sitting down to sip your coffee while you watch the passersby. Local favourite Cornersmith Cafe is under 10 minutes’ walk, where you can stop in for coffee and a delicious toastie to start your day. Head along Booth Street and Johnson Street for boutique shopping, art galleries and pubs. Stanmore train station is less than 20 minutes’ walk south and Lilyfield light rail is the same distance north, with the CBD around 15 minutes away via public transport. You’ll also be conveniently close to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPA) and The University of Sydney.
