In a typical Ticino house, renovated in 2014, in the center of the village, 100 m from the lake, we rent a nice furnished duplex apartment: m2 40: French bed (160 cm), small kitchen/dining room. Bed (160), small kitchen with dishwasher/dining room, TV, internet, bathroom with shower. The small bathing establishment is within walking distance. Sports enthusiasts will also have a good time, as there is a wide range on offer: golf, swimming, sailing and windsurfing.

I share this passion with two other members of my family who have devoted a large part of their lives to the hotel business: my mother and now my daughter, who is training to become a hotelier. The most interesting part of this job is certainly trying to identify and anticipate customers' needs in order to make their stay as satisfying as possible. As we come from the Val Blenio, we can give guests who don't know the valley all the information they need to organise enjoyable excursions and activities, tailored to their age and interests. We can certainly put guests in touch with local organisations that organise horse riding and mountain walks, advise them on itineraries and introduce them to farms that sell delicious local produce. Guests are welcome to contact us by telephone. Keys are expected at 3pm. If you wish to arrive earlier, you must agree to this and the host must be informed 30 minutes before your arrival in any case.

The house is located in the centre of Caslano, in the most historic part of the municipality. A very quiet pedestrian area surrounded by other typical houses, it is suitable for a restful stay, but for the more enterprising also for long walks and excursions in the surroundings. Public parking is 50 m away. The small bathing establishment is only a few steps away. Various restaurants - some of which are located directly on the lake - and shops are within easy reach of the flat. shops are located within walking distance of the flat. Caslano is surrounded by numerous hiking trails, both in the forest and on the lake. Sports enthusiasts will also enjoy themselves, as there is a wide range on offer: golf, swimming, sailing and windsurfing. Getting around the area is very easy: Caslano can be reached by the Lugano - Ponte Tresa train or by bus or car. From the station in Caslano, the house can be reached by going down Viale Stazione and following this road for about 15 minutes. Sports enthusiasts will find everything their heart desires in Caslano: football and tennis in its sports centre, rowing, a well - equipped nautical club for water sports and the proximity of a golf course. In addition the lido organises popular social events during the summer.
