Vey friendly and helpful staff. Great facilities. When the room we were in was too noisy (for our 3 year old son) the staff moved us to a quiter room without any fuss. Very comfortable (and large) beds. price but this is the Hilton. |

The whole stay was pleasant, comfotable and relaxing and the service and staff were what we expected. Room service food was served on cold plates, hence the food was barely warm which spoilt an otherwise first class meal. |

Good sized rooms and the staff was very friendly and ready to help. I was surprised to find hair of the previous resident in the bathroombut besides that everything was just fine. |

the personnell was all the time checking on (looking at) me whether i am a hotel resident or not because i dont have the typicall looks of a person that stay's in 4 star hotel , other than that everything else was great!!! |

The atmosphere was very laid back and friendly. It was nice meeting staff who came from different European countries.The spa is elegant and relaxed and gym area is very clean and well equipped. Pleasant gardens, with enough space so you didn't feel crowded. Having a non-smoking floor was wonderful. I really appreciated their Green attitude in that unless specific requests are made, they only change the linen every 3 days.The wc has an economy flush. They recycle their waste. The lobby bar and Vienna cafe could be very unpleasant at times due to the numbers of smokers, particularly when cigars were smoked.It seemed the extraction system was unable to cope very well at times. I stopped using the area as my eyes started to sting and my clothes smelled of smoke. This should change in January 2010 when new smoking legislation is implemented...no smoking in all public areas. |

L'unica cosa non gradita è la tv ! tutti canali anche satellitari sono a pagamento. Quando uno prenota presso Hilto aspetta qualcosa di più . All Tv chanel are Pay-per- viwe !! |
