Moreover, there are multiple supermarkets and shops (Rewe, Lidle, Penny, Netto, etc.) at a distance of 100 meters. There are two gas stations near to you in addition to the hospital and sports courts (Tennis, Football, and Basketball)

The apartment is located in Spandau, which is known for its parks and waterways, plus the charming Spandau old town, with half-timbered houses and lively cafes. Spandau Citadel is a 16th-century fortress that hosts open-air concerts, is home to a history museum, and has a bat colony in its cellar. South along the Havel River in Kladow is the Military History Museum, with a vast collection. You can reach the apartment around 30 minutes from the Berlin central train station (it depends on the connection and the time)
