This house is located on the edge of a small village in middle of the Rhine-Westerwald Nature Park, on an outstretched, up to 360m high ridge above the Wiedtal valley. On a clear summer evening you can enjoy a magical red sunset over Siebengebirge. In total, you can choose from 48 varied hikes in the region. The house itself is located right next to 2 circular hiking trails: the B2 and the Kleiner Wähler Häubchen Tour. The Wiedhöhe tour for mountain bikers stretches over approx. 60 km with approx. 1500 meters of altitude and leads around the middle Wiedtal. And for paragliding you open your parachute at the launch site Haardskopf Breitscheid. Do you prefer to discover the region on horseback? The Wiedtal valley is also ideal for horseback riding trips in the nature. There are also several saunas in the area and 13min away there is also a gym (06:00-24:00) for which you can easily buy a day pass. Since it is located close to many cities, like Cologne, Bonn and Koblenz, it is a perfect place to meet with friends, family or co-workers.
