Everyone is warmly welcome here. The 85 square meter apartment is furnished to a very high standard with a chic design and a unique touch. The entire interior is new and the box spring bed offers a touch of luxury. You can start your day with a delicious Nespresseo coffee and enjoy all the beautiful amenities of this apartment. Enjoy the fantastic window front and view in the living room and gaze into the distance. You can watch TV on your remote control via Zattoo, you have a lot to choose from. The box spring bed in the bedroom is 180*200 in size, from there you can look at the television very well and have the feeling that you are in the cinema, through the 58 inches or even immediately dive into the realm of dreams. In the kitchen area you will find a beautiful dining table from which you can also work. Coffee capsules are there for you for the first day. In the living area we have created the possibility for 2 more people to sleep there, there is a high-quality sofa bed. There is also a large dining table for up to 4 people where you can make yourself comfortable; you can also work there or use the other workstation in the hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and offers everything you need, from a Nesspresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and stove with ceramic hob. Tea and a small initial supply of capsules are available. The bathroom has a large shower and is friendly. Of course we provide fresh towels and all important things such as shower gel and shampoo. Feel at home and just enjoy it!

There are also a variety of restaurants and shopping opportunities in Paderborn. The old town of Paderborn is very beautiful to look at. Neuhaus Castle and Wevelsburg are worth seeing, and you can also fly to many countries from Paderborn Airport. There is a beautiful thermal bath in Bad Lippspringe, you should plan a visit here and just enjoy it.
