Upon making the booking we need you to send us IDs (front and back Egyptian ID) or passports pictures in order to arrange a permit with security to enter El Gouna. Please note that the entry to El Gouna is subject to El Gouna management approval. In case your IDs or passports got disapproved by El Gouna management we will fully refund you. To avoid late notice disapproval, you must send the documents the moment you book. If your booking is in less than 48 hours, please contact us before you book.
