The entrance to the accommodation and the rooms is done through a mobile application that the client must download before arrival. There is no physical reception at the accommodation. Valid identity documents must be registered, of all those over 14 years old, in the app before accessing the accommodation. The payment of the reservation will be made in advance, through a link that the accommodation will send. Bachelor parties are not accepted in our establishment. The rooms are located in a building without an elevator.

You must register your Passport/DNI through the app, to have the keys activated on the day of arrival. If you choose to pay the accommodation, the reservation payment will be made in advance, through a link that the accommodation will send. There is no physical reception in the accommodation, nor 24-hour service. Departure after the check-out time will incur a penalty of 200 euros per hour of delay.
