The house and it's surroundings are beautiful. The staff are excellent very friendly and so helpful. The food was lovely for both breakfast and dinner. A lovely atmosphere great for parents with young goods but wonderful for us too. We hope to come back

Surrounded by cornfields and featuring a seasonal outdoor pool, Mas Garganta is a restored farmhouse situated on the edge of the Garrotxa Volcanic Zone Natural Park. Mas Garganta it is a traditional Catalan farmhouse of the XIV century where they serves breakfast and dinner. Meals are served on a covered terrace in the summer which offers fantastic views of the La Vall d'en Bas and in autumn and winter it is served in the dining room with the warmth of the fireplace. Coffee and tea are served as well and vegetarian and gluten-free menus are available. The house has a sandbox and other play areas for children. They have a vegetable garden, chickens, rabbits and horses. Staff can provide information on hiking routes. The historic town of Olot is just 2 km away, while Girona Airport is 45 minutes' drive away.
