From January 1st 2018, The Balearic government require a Balearic Tourist Tax, payable at the time of booking, prices vary depending on the duration of the stay and the season (Low or High). This tax is applicated for travelers over the age of 16 years old. You will need to pay this on arrival at the check in, if not already saved.

A pretty family house with a good size pool and the beautiful pergola area to dine or relax looking over the pool and landscaped gardens. The house has an open lounge, dining and kitchen with tv and wood burning fire. There are three airconditioned bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor, where you also find a bathroom with shower. Upstairs is the second bedroom with double bed and the third room with bunk beds (that can be converted to a double bed if needed), these two rooms share the second full bathroom. In between the house and the pergola there is a wooden barbecue area outside and plenty of gardens and grass for children to enjoy and play. We offer to our guests the bed linen and towels for the bathroom. This is an ideal holiday house for people who want to relax and enjoy the views of the garden and countryside, or just minutes away, enjoy the variety of restaurants with seating next to the sea or the sunset on many of the bar terraces of the beautiful fishing harbor of Port Andratx. There are beaches nearby. Included in the reservation of this property is the consumption of electricity until a cost of 70 euros, any additional usage will be charged at 0,35 euros/KWh. The numbers on the meter will be recorded and then again on the check out. This will be payable on the day you leave. The guest will have access to verify the electricity meters at all the time.

Flexible changeover day, arrival at 15:00 hours departure at 10:00 hours. We work hard at accommodating everyone’s needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival departure into the house is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help. -We request information about the day and time and number for flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure. -There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry. - Please note if your arrival to the property is after 20.00 hours, there is a late check in fee which can be paid in cash on arrival. -Refundable deposits required for any damage to the property or contents, will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival. .
