Available amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning in the living room, and a washing machine. The apartment offers a private outdoor area with a terrace and a balcony. Guests also enjoy access to a shared outdoor space with a pool (open from May to mid-September), a garden, and a children's pool. Free and easily accessible parking parking is found on the nearby street. Families with children are welcome. Bringing pets, smoking inside the building, and celebrating events are not allowed.
