Take in fabulous views of the Mediterranean, soak up the famed sun of Provence, enjoy famous jazz musicians playing right on the beach and taste the local French delicacies of the stunning Cote D'Azur. There is an elevator in the building and paid parking on the premises. To protect our community, we may request an onsite deposit which will be charged in the case of a house rules violation. A damage deposit will be collected by credit card. The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out. Subject to an inspection of the property.

Sandwiched between Cannes and Nice, this small town on the Côte d'Azur is lined with art deco resorts and dazzling private estates. Best known for its chic casinos and annual Jazz fest held every July (reputed to be one of the best in France), this scenic beachside resort right on the Mediterranean is a perfect place to unwind and soak up the sun in style. Called “a civilized version of Ibiza,” the summer season draws crowds to its gorgeous beaches, but even at its busiest times, Juan-les-Pins maintains a certain tranquility that brings many people back year after year. In the neighboring town of Antibes, you’ll find a museum dedicated to Picasso, ancient ramparts dating back to the Greeks, 16th century ramparts, luxurious private chateaus and plenty of million-dollar yachts. Both towns have plenty of places to eat and drink in style, but if you’re looking for more low-key, Juan-les-Pins is the ideal choice.
