Arran View is a tranquil, modern & newly renovated 2bed/2bath 1st floor apartment, perfectly situated in the quaint seaside town of Prestwick, with every amenity possible within walking distance. With stunning & spacious interiors, it offers the complete package of convenience, comfort and style. Attention to detail was key when putting together this beautiful holiday home. It is situated on the main road that leads from Prestwick to Ayr, and is within walking distance to supermarkets, bus stops & train stations, Post Office, Hairdressers, Restaurants, Bars, Cafes, Shops, the Beach Front, Kids Play Parks, etc. Nothing is too far and you can be in Prestwick Main Street within a 10 minute walk. The property was completely renovated and refurbished in 2016, and specific attention to detail was taken to ensure it provided the perfect setting for a holiday home, offering space, comfort, style and convenience, and including all facilities that you would require. There was an en-suite added to one of the bedrooms, making this one of the rare 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom properties available for short term rent in the area. There's parking for 1 vehicle within the driveway + street parking
I'm originally from Scotland, but now reside in Barbados. Both beautiful countries I class as Home, and am blessed enough to have properties in both places that I can now share with you!
Prestwick is a very quaint and cute little seaside town, boasting numerous restaurants, cafes, bars, boutiques and convenience stores. We are in close proximity to the beach, where you can enjoy a walk along the board walk, breathe in the sea air and grab a coffee and Mancinis Café. Prestwick also has a lively nightlife with plenty bars, karaoke, a nightclub and late night eateries for your leisure. Not far from Prestwick are the neighbouring towns of Ayr and Troon, also offering their own flavours of seaside town quaintness. There is plenty to do and see around here, with coastal drives, fishing villages, castles, ferries and neighbouring islands to explore. Right outside the apartment is a bus stop where you can catch a direct Bus to Glasgow or Edinburgh. Also, there are 2 nearby Train Stations (Newton-on-Ayr and Prestwick Town). We are also a 10 minute drive from Prestwick International Airport. There is a Prestwick based Taxi Service named Streamline who can have a car at the door within 5 minutes of calling them. Getting around this area is no issue at all, especially as all main amenities are within walking distance. Supermarkets are 1 minute walk away.
