The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining seating for two, and a sitting area with TV with Freeview. There is a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed veranda with decking and garden furniture, shared swimming pool facility with guests on site, Max 15 people at any one time, as well as off-road parking for one car. Please note: the pool is available from March 31st until October 31st. Within 1.9 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.6 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property.
