I loved this place so much I don't want to review so I can easily get a room again, the host was well spoken well mannered and could not do enough. The breakfast was delicious, my only little gripe is that you're not allowed food ie take away there, which is unfortunate as the balcony is a perfect setting for an Al Fresco dining, but totally understandable as some people may have left rubbish in the past, but apart from that it was absolutely perfect my fiancee and I absolutely loved our weekend she had a perfect 50th so all in all this place deserves a cracking 12 out of 10

Situated on the Eastbourne seafront, with views over the Pavillion Gardens and the beach, Breakers Bed and Breakfast offers easy access to the town centre and Eastbourne Pier, a 10-minute walk away. All rooms are individually decorated and feature free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, and tea/coffee making facilities. All double rooms have a small silent fridge. All rooms have an en suite shower room with complimentary toiletries. The smaller of our single rooms has private facilities with a separate private shower on the same landing. Our sea view rooms have balconies with seating. Breakfast made of locally sourced ingredients is served daily and it includes full English breakfast and buffet. Special dietary requirements are also catered for by prior arrangement. A sun lounge overlooking the seafront is also available to guests to enjoy. A variety of restaurants and bars can be found within 10 minutes’ walk from the guest house. Breakers offers easy access to water sports such as sailing, kayaking, and windsurfing.
