The neighbourhood There are lots of tranquil walks to be enjoyed from your front door, or venture a little further afield into the heart of the Malvern Hills to experience hiking in one of England’s favourite Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Less than a mile away is the gorgeous riverside town of Upton-Upon-Severn where you can buy supplies, shop in the charming shops or pop into the local pub. The town also hosts a variety of popular events each year, including the Jazz, Folk, Blues and Sunshine Festivals. Shepherd’s Nook is only around a 15-minute drive from Malvern where you will find supermarkets and you can order groceries online ready for your arrival. The Cotswolds are also within easy driving distance and make a delightful day out filled with chocolate-box villages, stylish gift shops and quaint tea rooms. Getting around We recommend travelling here by car so that getting around and about the local area is easy for you. The property is a short drive from the M5/M50 and has space to park your car. However, a train service runs from London Paddington – via the Cotswolds and Malverns line – to the nearest station of Pershore. The centres of Malvern, Worcester, Gloucester and Cheltenham are also not too far.
