The apartment is located in the heart of Norwich City Centre, Norwich CIty Football Club 2.2 miles, UEA 3.7 miles, Norwich Cathedral 150 meters, Chapelfield Shopping centre 0.7 miles, Theatre Ryal 0.7 miles, Playhouse 0.3 miles. The main building has only three apartments so you experience very little pedestrian traffic. The property itself is situated on the second floor with large dual aspect windows giving natural daylight. The accommodation is set all on one level with two double bedrooms, the master bedroom has a King size bed and large enough for a cot/ extra bed, the bathroom has plenty of storage and boasts a walk-in shower, the kitchen is fully equipped, with plenty of crockery, saucepans and cutlery and offers a washing/drying machine, the lounge and dining area are combined with two sofa's, LCD TV, books, magazines, DVD and a few games are available. Internet access is available and parking also available for one car; height restriction is 2 meters and the parking space is located under the apartment building.
