The frielndly staff. The setting of the hotel. The layout and decor of the hotel was rekaxubg, The breakfast was too oily to eat. I am not a fussy eater and it is a legitimate complaint, so it was very dissapointing especially as everything else was so good. I gave this feedback to the receptionist as I checked out on Sunday 5 July 09. |

The Wilson Cocktail bar and the bar food was good. The Gym was clean but some of the equipment needed an update No Facilities for disabled (no lift) and I had blood on a toilet roll when I arrived. |

the position of the hotel to the town, the size of the suite and the breakfast As it was a very hot day, I was supprised to learn that there was no air con, only sash windows, that were heavy to lift and kept closing, also the room was very dated and in my opinion it was between a 2 to 3 star hotel and definately not a 4 star, you should also have maybe recomend the hotel and partially reflect guest views, yes and no are not really accurate, I would not say that I definately would not stay there again, just not on hot days |

All of the staff were English speaking and very smartly dressed. Most were 20+ and were very competent at their role. I object to being server by 15year olds at some hotels, the staff at the Wynnstay were pleasant and when asked about the area they knew about the town etc. Nothing really, my compnion is not too mobile and a lift and easier access to the rooms would have helped. |

Excellent friendly service. Could do with fewer steps to climb to the bedroom. When booking it would be a good to have some indication as to the position of rooms. |

Friendly, efficient staff. Lovely old building that was well looked after. Central position within Oswestry meant everything was in walking distance. Some of the bathroom fittings were a little dated. It was clean, but there's only so much you can do if the fittings are so old. |

The room was cleaned very well on a daily basis. The staff were friendly and helpful. Bedrooms were too warm; radiators did not have valves on that guests could adjust. We were disappointed that the bar and food area closed at 3 pm. |

The staff were welcoming and freindly and the accomodation was comfortable, spacious and very clean. The Resturaunt was stylish and the food excellent both in the evening and at breakfast. Steep narrow stairs and no lift. |

Nice room - looked like it had been recently refurbished - friendly staff, and a cosy bar. Excellent breakfast too. Breakfast finishing at 9.30, on a bank holiday. Not much of a lie-in... And a bit pricey if paying full rates. |

Large, well decorated room. Good location. Free use of health club. Very noisy air conditioning. If I stayed here again I would request a room at the front to avoid the air con units on the flat roof at the back. |

Friendly staff. Attractive decoration. Good location. The double room at the front of the hotel was small, noisy & rather cold. The management must know this as they do supply an extra heater & blankets, which helped with the cold. Double-glazing would be a better option & would also help with the noise. |

A truly delightful stay and I am not easily pleased. the staff were excellent, friendly and professional. This hotel was a wonderful find and i will recommend it to friends and family. i hope I get the opportunity to stay there again. I was totally comfortable and enjoyed both the meals i had during my stay. I could not find fault. The floorboards were a bit creaky but it just added to the charm of this lovely hotel.i cant comment on other reviews because I have not read them. |
