Comfortable, warm, clean. Lovely hotel, excellent location but, and this was not the fault of the hotel, we were disturbed by a hen-party returning to their rooms very early in the morning. Perhaps such groups could be roomed away from other guests. Staff were lovely and the breakfast service was first class. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The room was clean and comfortable and with wifi included. I couldn't adjust or turn off the radiator so had to keep a reasonable temperature by having the window open. The window of my first floor room opened on to a flat roof so was not very secure especially as the window lock would not operate.

We enjoyed our New Years Eve Dinner Staff during our stay were fantastic The breakfast menu was delightful Our bedroom 103 was a little shabby As the room was warm we tried to have the window open and the only way it stayed open was to wedge it with a tissue box The bathroom was very out of date (but clean) The curtains were horrid

It was a nice breakfast A four star hotel with no lift? Really steep stair to the second floor. Poo stained towel in our room no heating from radiators....electric heater supplied no restaurant due to new years day but equally no room servicewe were not informed that the money we had paid in advance entitled us to three courses and only had one... No leisure facilties on day if arrival, which was one of the main reasons for booking.

Wonderful friendly staff. Pleasant and relaxing surroundings. Food was ok but probably a little overpriced. Paid £35 night if it had of included breakfast then that would have been a fair price.

The breakfast facilities were very good (but no baked beans!) and the bar was well stocked and friendly. The room was fine (211) and the bed very comfortable. The toilet seat had fallen off (prior to my arrival), however, it appears not to have been spotted (or ignored). Reported to reception who appeared to deal with it quickly. Tv controls were a bit odd and the tv seemed a bit dated. Kettle and tea coffeee facilities fine as were the shampoos etc.. All in all, good.

The staff were friendly, the room clean & warm. The bed was very comfortable with a reasonably firm mattress. The Hotel caters for variety of customers with a traditional area and the more up to date Wilsons. All was fine thank you

We only stayed one night as we were going to see bands playing at The Ironworks so the location was perfect. As we are not sporty or gym type people we did not take advantage of the facilities that were apparently on offer free. However, I think that would be a popular feature for many people. I liked the fact that the hotel was comprised of several old buildings and thought the layout and how they had been blended sympathetically with the rest of their surroundings was good. Service in Reception and the Restaurant was good. I would recommend Wynnstay to friends. Not really a complaint but there were only 2 teabags in our room!

In the room 212 the window didn't shut properly and the heating wouldn't adjust. The kitchen fan could be heard too easily with the window open.

Good breakfast. We had to sleep with every single window incl bathroom wide open( which let in the noise and smells of Wilsons). The windowswere open because the room had obvs just been painted with seriously strong smelling gloss paint. It was very bad and affected our throats by the morning not to mention headache.
