Breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of variety. Location was wonderful, I went there by bus and returned by taxi. Everybody was so kind and humanitarian. The room was quite clean and well-organized. I felt at home.Beaches are amazing for getting in touch with nature. There are many taverns for dinner and lunch. I will come here again and again.

The family-run Amimaya Apartments is located at the central square of the tranquil Emporios village, 200 metres away from the famous beaches of Mavra Volia and Foki. It offers accommodation with a private balcony among other comforts. Recently we have added new and modern studios with our new building (constructed 2022) which also includes breakfast area with bar and a new reception. Because of this we have renamed from Haus Fay to Amimaya Apartments. Ground floor studios and Apartments on the Haus Fay building are spacious and can easily accommodate up to 4 people which makes ideal for families families. Studios on the new building can accommodate up to 2 people on double beds and while smaller have all the comforts you would expect. All studios and apartments are air conditioned, while some enjoy sea view and others views of the countryside. They come with a kitchen or kitchenette equipped with a kettle and refrigerator. Other facilities include a satellite LCD TV and a with private bathroom. The Medieval village of Mesta is within a 20-minute drive, while most of the scenic Mastichochoria villages are approximately 10 km away. The main town of Chios is at 30 km. Restaurants and a mini market are within a 1 minute walk from the property.
Couples particularly like the location — they rated it 9.5 for a two-person trip.
