At 630m metro – direct trains to Athens center. Renovated 2022 independent part of a large house (access via straight stairs). 1st room: Q-size bed and bunk bed. 2nd room: single bed and 2 sofa beds. Smart TVs in both. A 60 sm lux pool is ALL YOURS. Only the 2 to 7 persons listed in your booking will be able to access the pool and the pool area during your stay. Not other people from other flats, not even the landlord unless there are urgent (maintenance etc) matters in which case he will call first. Full privacy via high trees. Enjoy a day or night swim. Use the fridge, bar and BBQ next to the pool. Have the pleasure to dine by the pool. No large kitchen but we do supply a mini oven-grill and cutlery. Moreover, Food and Coffee delivery is possible by nearby shops. Nespresso machine and breakfast ingredients offered by host. Free check-out by 1pm. If you plan to stay for three or more nights ask for a significant price discount!
