A striking structure on Tavronitis close to Chania town, this self-catering hideaway, is a nod to the modern Cretan summerhouse. With an outdoor private 50sqm infinity pool with hydromassage features, this is a spectacular 250m2 villa, that can host up to 10 guests to unwind, just a few steps away from the Sea. From the moment you step into the Villa you’ll be welcomed into a truly unique space, one that only a privileged few will ever experience. *The villa is part of a Melia Luxury Villas complex, it is 2nd in Line ( one other villa is located just in front and another one behind) where two more villas are located, each with their own pool and facilities. The villa is just a few steps away from the sea. The home is wheelchair accessible, featuring a ramp, access to the Ground Floor pool & living room, bedroom/bathroom. *Events are welcome upon request & only if all the three Melia Luxury Villas are booked. Prior notice, extra fees, event contract required. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: 
 - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
 - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 4 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
 - Additional Fees | 60euros/day -Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. 
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. *Please kindly note that the beach profile changes seasonally due to the change in wave energy experienced during summer and winter months. *Accommodation cost Excludes: Resilience Tax 10,00 per villa per night. This is not included in the platform prices and shall be paid, upon check in.
