We have stayed at Mouras studios two years back and we have enjoyed it very much. This time the experience was similar an Maria was a perfect host and very helpful. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and with a stone throw to the Livadi beach. Even arriving there with a broken leg I was able to enjoy my vacation and it is wan in no small measure due to Maria's efforts. We arrived as customers and left as friends. We are looking forward to come back next year.

Mouras Studios are spacious and immaculately clean, the bed was very comfortable and the location at Livadi is perfect. Great swimming, cafes, tavernas, mini markets and local bus. A very warm welcome from Maria, who arranged our transport from the ferry. The gardens are beautiful and we loved sitting out on our terrace. Would definitely love to stay here again.

What a perfect apartment in a perfect location. The apartment is on the top floor with an enormous private terrace. Lovely seating area with deckchairs and a table with stunning views. So peaceful with just the bells from the goats behind and the lapping of the sea which is a stones throw away. All spotlessly clean, the apartment has a huge bed with beautiful bedding. A balcony and a window with great new doors and mosquito nets. Adequate kitchen with everything you need should you want to cater in. Maria who manages the apartments is such a lovely person and so friendly. Nothing too much trouble from the initial communication to transfers from and to the port. What a find and will be back.

You will not find a friendlier welcome in Astypalea or maybe even Greece. Maria has a wonderful set of studios here and we loved our stay. I'd highly recommend the exclusive studio if it's available. The only one with a roof terrace and not on ground level so offers a nice sea view over the tree tops. Plenty of space, spotlessly clean and 1 minute walk to have your feet in the sea.

L'appartement était agréable dans un jardin et en face de la plage. Arrivés par ferry à 5h du matin avec 2h30 de retard , le taxi commandé par l'hôtel était présent et nous avons pu prendre possession du logement dès notre arrivée. Le personnel est très discret car nous avons vu qu'une fois la propriétaire des lieux.

Preciosos apartamentos a pie de playa en la idílica zona de Livadi. El apartamento es grande, tiene una pequeña cocina bien equipada, la nevera es pequeña pero enfría bien. Cama muy grande y cómoda. El baño es pequeñito pero mas que suficiente para una buena ducha (buen caudal de agua y agua caliente sin problemas). El personal es muy amable, te ayudan en todo lo que necesites y siempre te reciben con una gran sonrisa. Cada mañana tienen una máquina de cafe a disposición de los clientes. Nosotros habíamos reservado un apartamento con vistas al jardín y nos dieron uno con vistas al mar lo que acabó de hacer nuestra estancia absolutamente perfecta. Sin duda lo recomiendo 100%.
