Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Please note that on Fridays and the first day of Jewish holidays, check-in is only possible from 13:00 until 17:00, and not later then 2 hours before the sunset. Check out on Fridays and the first days of Jewish holidays is only possible till 10 am. Guests are advised to contact the property at least 3 days before arrival to arrange check-in. Local residents may use Bit app for payment for the stay. Credit card is needed for the security deposit. If you like me to use your debit or prepaid card for the security deposit, you'll pay extra 50 shekels fee
