Beautiful 2 BR apartment fully renovated located in a quiet street near Ben gourion Blvd. Perfect to discover Tel aviv by walk this apartment is only 10 mins walk to the beach, near the best restaurants and shops... The property has an amazing balcony facing the backyard. Both bedrooms have access to the balcony. The apartment has no living room space. When you are out of the apartment please make sure to turn off The apartment is non smoking please keep the apartment free of smoke. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep the noise to a normal level. Please look after the apartment and keep tidy and and take down the rubbish and dispose outside in the bins provided. - Amenities like "Baby travel cot" or "Baby high" chair can be provided on request. An extra fee of 250 shekels will be charged for the "Baby travel cot" and 150 shekels for "Baby high chair". Those equipment are not included in the apartment and just listed on the description in order to inform you that we can provide them to you if needed. Saturday , national and jewish holidays extra cleaning fee- Please note that check in and check out at these times you will be charged an extra 50% on the cleaning.
