Lovely one-bedroom apartment on two levels, perfect for a couple travelling to discover the City of Verona, but who do not want to give up the tranquillity. The flat is located in Montorio, a hamlet of Verona well connected to the city centre, which is only 6 km away. Situated in a picturesque area surrounded by green hills and meadows and typical resurgences, close to Laghetto Squarà, the flat is also excellent if you are travelling by car, thanks to the nearby free parking facilities. Built on two floors connected by a staircase, which we would point out is not suitable for persons with mobility difficulties or children, the flat is as follows: Ground floor - Living area - Living room with sofa and television set, extendable dining table comfortable for four diners, two sideboards. - Kitchen complete with refrigerator, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, electric oven and dishwasher. First floor - Sleeping area - Double bedroom with exposed beams, large and spacious wardrobe, bedside tables and windows overlooking the courtyard. - Windowed bathroom with bathtub, bidet and a convenient washing machine with dryer function. We also point out that in front of the house there is a small courtyard for the exclusive use of our guests, complete with a stone table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the peace of the area and the nature and greenery surrounding the flat. There are several walks and hiking trails starting directly from the flat. Extra services: Wi-Fi connection, iron and ironing table, independent heating, possibility of parking on the road (for small cars) or in a free car park about 300 metres away.

Montorio is a hamlet of Verona about 6 km away from the city centre, well connected by city buses and the bicycle path. The area is surrounded by greenery and appreciated for the beauty of its natural landscape, where one can find resurgences (called 'fossi') rich in aquatic plants and fish, which branch off from Laghetto Squarà, near the old church, and run like a network through the entire territory. The Montorio Castle, which can be visited and which offers shows and historical re-enactments during the summer, is very well known and appreciated. The area is also well served by a pharmacy, a supermarket, two banks and a post office, as well as various shops (clothing, confectionery, bakery and ice cream parlour). Montorio is well connected to the city by bus line 13 and the bicycle path. Piazza Bra' and the Arena are about 9.4 km away, while the main Porta Nuova train station is 10 km away. Closer is the Porta Vescovo train station, 6.6 km away, convenient for trains connecting Verona to Venice. Catullo di Villafranca airport is about 24 km away.
