Everything prefect. We arrived really late and the owner was waiting for us very kind and helpful. Breakfast 10 points delicious and served by our "Italian mum" very kind as well. We felt like a part of a family. We were very happy to stay and hopefully will be back next year. Rooms are very comfortable surroundings calm very close to center, shops, restaurants, beach is cca 15min-20 walking.
