The apartments and houses that we offer are in the most beautiful areas of the city and all recently renovated. All are cozy with upscale amenities, to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It’s possible to take a very close bus or metro to get around the city from side to side but our advice is to walk just about anywhere and discover historical alleyways, romantic restaurants and hidden corners that will remain in your heart forever! Bright newly renovated apartment overlooking the Church of Santa Emerenziana. The house is located on the sixth floor with lift and has a double bedroom with wardrobe, a living room with sofa bed, table with chairs, TV and fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, a bathroom with shower and a small balcony overlooking the beautiful Church of Santa Emerenziana. Our guests will have free use of Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning, heating, bed sheets, towels, hairdryer, fan in the bedroom and in the living room. Tourist Tax euro 6.00 per night (10 nights max.) per person (not applicable for children under 10 years old)to be paid by cash at check-in. For arrivals between 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. there is an additional cost of EUR 30 to be paid in cash on arrival. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 11.00 pm it is not possible to check in without a prior agreement and it is subject to availability.

Just 500 meters away are the stops of the B1 Metro line, Sant’Agnese / Annibaliano and Libia, which in a few minutes will allow you to reach Termini station, the Colosseum, the Circus Maximus. A few steps away there are various bus stops including n 80 and n 63 which will take you directly to the center. The residential area has many shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The park of Villa Ada is just a 10-minute walk away The LUISS University is only 20 min From Fiumicino or Ciampino airport you can get to Termini station and from there take the metro B1 to the Sant'Agnese Annibaliano or Libia stops, the house is then 500 meters on foot or from Fiumicino airport take the train line FL1 to Nomentana station, then the house will be 900 meters on foot. On request we can provide a transport service with private driver (by car or van) who can wait for guests inside the airport, at the arrival gates, and take them to the front of the apartment.
