Beautiful newly built penthouse located a few minutes walk from the station and the historic center of Sestri Levante and only 100 METERS from the sea, with a large private terrace overlooking the sea and in a convenient location to all services, ideal for your holidays in the Gulf of Tigullio. The accommodation is located on the fourth and top floor of a building and can be reached by elevator leading to the third floor and from here a short staircase will lead to the entrance of the apartment. Recently built and furnished with care, the penthouse has a beautiful parquet on the entire surface and exposed beams that make it aesthetically very appreciable. The entrance leads directly to the large living room, where you will find two sofas and armchairs, a television, stereo system and a dining table. The environment is very bright thanks to the windows facing the panoramic terrace which can be accessed through a French door. From here you can enjoy a wonderful seafront view that will make your stay even more enjoyable. Next to the living room we find the kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, dishwasher and induction hob. There are also pots, pans, dishes and everything that can be used to prepare and eat meals. The kitchen leads to a second balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. In the apartment there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with three single beds, for a total of five beds. In the main bedroom there is also a cot / crib for very young children, You will also find two chest of drawers where you can store your personal belongings. The bathroom, also recently built, is large and modern with two sinks, shower and washing machine that can be used during the stay. Clean linen (sheets, mattress cover, pillowcase, towel, shower towel and bidet towel) is provided by us and is included in the price.

We provide check-in service by our professional staff: he or she will contact you to arrange your arrival time, they will show you the house and hand over the keys. You can contact them or us directly for any information or requirement. We will be at your disposal during your stay. The bed linen and towels are provided by us and included in the price. Check out will usually be done before 10 am POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 1 euro / day per person (up to 7 nights) which will be collected separately. 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Animals: we usually accept small / medium-sized animals and we charge 5 euros per night for each animal. 4) Check-in and Check-out outside the allowed hours is often granted, by prior agreement and paying an extra cost of 30 euros to the person who will take care of the check-in (18-21, early check in before 3 pm), for later times, if possible for us to organize, the figure could be higher.
