For this reason, we offer a personalized welcome service to all our guests. To collect the keys we do not use boxes with codes nor will we ask you to travel unnecessary kilometres. Starting one week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge available (Italian, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese) ready to answer any questions you may have about the apartment and the surrounding area. Our concierge will personally welcome you upon your arrival, accompany you to the apartment and will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to greet you and make sure your experience was perfect. This service is available via direct contact via chat, guaranteeing rapid and personalized assistance. Our goal is to make you feel pampered and well cared for throughout your stay at DesenzanoLoft. The check in time for this apartment is from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm, for arrivals after 7.00 pm and up to 11.30 pm there is a supplement of Euro 50.00 Pets are welcome, the extra cost is 5.00 euros per day.

The "SMILE ON THE LAKE" apartment is located in the central Via Giuseppe Mazzini, in the heart of the capital of Lake Garda, on the second floor of a building with a shared garden. The apartment has been completely renovated and consists of a modern living room consisting of a double sofa bed, a sofa bed that converts into a single bed, TV, kitchen equipped with coffee machine, microwave and a balcony overlooking the lake and the historic center. A Topper is a bed accessory that adds an extra layer of comfort, improving the quality of sleep and making the bed even more welcoming. In the center of the corridor we find the completely new bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink, shower and washing machine and finally the bedroom with wardrobe. Air conditioning is present in all rooms, free Wi-Fi and multi-storey private parking complete the description of this beautiful apartment, located 400 meters and close to the lake.
