The property is spread over a massive 3 hectares surrounded by Italian cypresses and located at the edge of the woods. It easily accommodates up to 22 guests and offers a large swimming pool, lush open-air spaces, and an exclusive and sun-soaked garden perfectly completed by alfresco dining and BBQ creating a heavenly summer or wintertime atmosphere. Cleaning fee must be paid cash on the spot upon arrival: Euro 300. The Caution Deposit - RSD (Refundable Security Deposit) Euro 600 must be paid in cash upon arrival at check-in. If necessary, GAS for heating must be paid on the spot based on consumption: Euro 7/mc. - Tourist tax to be paid on site: EUR 1,5 per pax per day - up to 10 days - up to 14 years are exempt.
