We are an Anglo-Irish couple who fell in love with Puglia and so bought a holiday home here when our family was young. Our love of the area grew and as our children flew the nest, we decided to relocate in 2006. We sold our house and business back home, restructured our holiday home and bought additional properties which we have transformed into beautiful holiday Villas for our guests, with many families returning to us year after year and becoming friends in the process. From April when we start taking bookings, until October when we close up for the winter, we dedicate ourselves to making sure that your hard earned and well deserved holiday goes as perfectly as possible and as we live just 10 minutes away from any of our properties, we are always on call if required during your stay. For our guests we can organise extra services such as In-Villa dining, In-Villa Italian cookery lessons, inshore sea fishing and coastal excursions, winery and wine-tasting tours, bicycle hire as well as restaurant recommendations and advise on excursions and attractions, full details of these are in the In-Villa guidebook and also on our website at placeinpuglia

Recently refurbished, Villa Nicola is a pretty holiday Villa with private pool, gated courtyard and walled gardens with comfortable accommodation. A well filled complimentary welcome basket is included for your stay with a wide range of food items and beverages to help you settle in quickly on arrival. For our younger guests, travel cots and high chairs are available free of charge on request at time of booking. The Villa includes satellite TV , DVD player and access to over 400 film titles, a private swimming pool set in an extensive terrace and gardens . The Villa is air-conditioned,has ceiling fans in both bedrooms and has a fully fitted kitchen with a wide range of electrical appliances and requisites. With comfortable leather seating inside and both indoor or al fresco dining options with a traditional barbecue and solid sun-loungers with padded covers, relaxing is pleasurable inside or outdoors All bed clothes and towels are supplied as standard, as is a weekly laundry change. Villa Nicola has 2 double bedrooms with king size beds and orthopedic mattresses, one bedroom is extremely large & has an option of being divided to also include twin single beds.

Villa Nicola is located in a tranquil location just 25 mins from Brindisi airport on a quiet cul de sac in the seasonal seaside village of Lendinuso. Just an honest 5 mins walk from the villa is a range of seafront restaurants/pizzeria, shops, cafes, two small supermarkets a wonderful family run bakery and many other amenities necessary for your holiday. The local sandy beaches are also just 5 minutes walk away, Within 5 - 10 minutes drive from Villa Nicola are the inland towns of Torchiarolo, Squinzano and San Pietro Vernotico. and most of Puglia's amazing cultural, architectural and historic sights are with an easy hours drive of the Villa. Perfectly located to explore beautiful Puglia where the Italians holiday on the unspoilt Adriatic coastline, Villa Nicola is set in the heart of one of Italy's most gastronomic regions, with local wines rightly winning awards across the globe and the most amazing cuisine which draws on local recipes and regional influences to make this region truly a foodies paradise. With 300 days of sunshine a year, the weather should help ensure a great holiday for you whether you want a quiet break away from it all, or just a relaxing family getaway.
