We make sure that every guest is welcomed properly and they enjoy their stay in our apartments. We are a family that own these apartments, but short-term rental business is running Toms, so you might be welcomed by him. Now-days people love self-check in... so, we are prepared for that We will send self-check in guidelines on day of arrival! (Keys will be stored in a lockbox suited in staircase) In this case we will try to see you around or another time during your stay! If we somehow don’t see you, you will have all necessary information provided in the apartment, as well as our phone number where you can reach us any time! (9AM-10PM)

YOU WILL LOVE THE DESIGN The apartment itself is compact but truly enjoyable, because it has everything you might need for a stay. The apartments is called Baltic Design Apartment, because it embodies the way we see Latvian and Baltic design. The apartments are decorated in a minimalistic and simple way with added warmth to the details. We love easy interior, but seek to create a very home-like feeling. This amazing studio apartment will serve you best. Located in an old-style building in a central area just a few minute’s walk from Riga’s hidden treasure – Miera street. It is surrounded by the coffee place, restaurants, wine and beer bars where tourists usually don’t get to go. And we will tell you all about it! Either you come to Riga for a quick business trip, romantic weekend with your love or exploring Baltic States solo, this is a perfect place for you to stay. We provide clean towels, freshly washed linens, soap, shampoo, dishwashing liquid and sponge, an extra blanket, and all the basic equipment in the kitchen, so you can have a dinner at home

Neighbourhood information

The apartments is located on the Brivibas (the freedom) street. There are a lot of advantage being situated on such a main street – the transport system is easy and accessible, as well as the places you can visit around. We could suggest you a place with multiple cafes, where you can enjoy brunch, lunch, amazing craft beer and wine, and it is only 9min walking distance. The best coffee place in town – Rocket Bean Roastery – is just 7 min walking distance (and we don’t lie saying that it really is the best coffee in Riga!), and if you love chocolate, you can visit chocolate museum and store Laima that is just 8 min walking distance. And just in 10 minutes you can reach a market – Vidzemes market, where you can get fruits and veggies (especially in summer and autumn, when you can get all seasonal groceries). Overall, it is a really good place to stay and enjoy your time in Riga!
