The APARTMENTS company was established in 2007 and today operates close to 200 apartments in Oslo. The company has a reception in Josefines gate 30 and serves the apartments from "the heart". Our team is dedicated to helping our customers find the best solution for both short- and long-term stays.

These apartments feature a combined lounge and kitchen with a separate bedroom. It also has a small balcony. The building has a lift. Contents: dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, cooker, fridge, bathroom, washing machine, cable TV, internet and clothes iron. Included in price: change of bedlinen and towels once a week, internet access, electricity, cleaning of the apartment on checkout.

Neighbourhood information

Centrally located in the “new ” Oslo - Tjuvholmen. Tjuvholmen is right in the center of an urbane neighborhood running right down to the Fjord and is one of Oslo’s most prestigious areas. The area is internationally renowned for its unique architecture. Tjuvholmen and its neighboring area Aker Brygge have a two-kilometer-long sea front with some beaches. Kanalen 3 is one of the better located buildings on Tjuvholmen. The unique combination of its central location and the fjord on all sides makes Tjuvholmen one of the capital’s most attractive residential areas. Just next door is Japanese restaurant Hanami, otherwise there is Alex Sushi, Tjuvholmen Sjømagasin and Fru K at The Thief. There are lots of places to eat and if you head towards Aker Brygge you will find something for any taste covering breakfast, lunch and dinner. Astrup Fearnley Museum and The Thief hotel are also just around the corner. There is a green space running down to Oslofjord called Strandhagen. Otherwise there are ferries to several of the islands in the fjord from Aker Brygge. If you walk to Aker Brygge, you are also close to the Kontraskjæret and Akershus Fort, with its green lungs in the city center.
