Our tourist houses were built as a result of dream of our father - just opposite the new, calm and extremely beautiful yacht harbour. Apartments are cosy and fully furnished, situated in area full of trees and free space to relax. It is a perfect place for a longer or shorter stay for families or friends who wish to spend free time close to nature, walk, ride a bike or sail a boat. Houses are situated very close to the cities where you can find shops, restaurants and other needed tourist attractions. We offer you 4 independent apartments (flats) i 2 buildings. Each apartment consists of: 2 bedrooms + bathroom (shower & WC) +balcony on the 1st floor and living room with kitchenette+2 sofas(possibility to sleep)+ bathroom (shower+WC)+ grill and sitting area with grill and garden benches on the ground floor. Each flat is a perfect place for 4-6 people (adults/children). Each flat is 55 m2 and space outside of the houses. There is enough free parking space in front of the houses as well.

The area around the houses is a place situated around 200 metres from the Boczne Lake which is exactly in the middle of the sailing route, which is a very attractive place for sailors, people intrested in fishing, canoeing. There is a 7 - 10 km distance between the houses and the tourist cities Wilkasy and Giżycko - full of restaurants, recreation and sport areas and connected with sailing live concerts, and many other seasonal cultural events (e.g. Mazury Air Show in August etc). The yacht harbour in front of us offers you: sailing equipment, yachts and motorboats for rent, restaurant with local food, proffesional care of your boat if you are intrested in visitting us with your own yacht, fishery (fishing licence) to buy, plenty of space to walk and relax.
