Villa Mendonça is a spacious house integrated in a quiet rural area and is ideal for families and groups of up to eight people. The property includes a house, swimming pool, terrace, balcony, garden, barbecue, car parking and other facilities. The swimming pool is private and exclusively for the guests of the house. The house is 251 m2 and comprises four bedrooms, four bathrooms, three living rooms two dining areas, work areas and a kitchen. Is well equipped with dishwasher, washer, refrigerator, cooker, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international and children’s channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay. A car is recommended to this location. Free car park is available in the property or on the street. As some roads in Madeira are steep and narrow, smaller vehicles with powerful engines are recommended. Swimming pool is not heated but is open all the year and can be used if the weather is favourable. Cleaning is done before guests check in and then there is a weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes the change of bed linen and towels. To increase the frequency, an additional cleaning service must be requested. As it is a rural area, there is potential for noise caused by dogs and other domestic animals in neighbouring properties. There are also insects in the surroundings that can be attracted by food scraps.

The house is in a rural area at 315 m from sea level and at 2 km from the village of Ponta do Sol, where there is a beach and some restaurants and cafes. Ponta do Sol is located in the southwestern part of the island, which has the best weather conditions in Madeira. A few kilometers away there are stunning cliffs, mountains and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers. Nearby you can enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing and other nautical activities. Access to the house requires a car. The house has access to the main roads, but some roads are steep and narrow.
